Refund policy
At Tropix Beach Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and easy to follow.
Return Timeframe
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- All original tags, components, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
Return Method & Fees
All returns are made by mail using the prepaid return label included in your package.
- No return shipping fees
- No restocking fees
- No additional charges for approved returns
Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, follow the return instructions provided
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Attach the prepaid return label and ship the package
Unauthorized or improperly packaged returns may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of:
- The item received
- Packaging materials
- The shipping label
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. For shipments marked as delivered but not received, we may contact the carrier to confirm the delivery status.
