1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time: 4–7 business days depending on your location

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your package details.

3. How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is dispatched.

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, order weight, and carrier.
We also run free shipping promotions occasionally — these will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
Once your order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be modified.

To make changes, email support@tropixbeach.shop immediately with your order number.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
    All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.

7. How do I return an item?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Just email us at support@tropixbeach.shop with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Please make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

8. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or tried-on swimwear

  • Undergarments, towels, and jewelry

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

9. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

10. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the issue to support@tropixbeach.shop, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).

11. What if my package says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early.
Please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Wait 24–48 hours for possible late delivery.

  3. If still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking ID, and we’ll help resolve it.

Tropix Beach Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

12. Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

13. Are your products true to size?

Yes — most of our clothing follows standard U.S. sizing.
We recommend checking the size chart available on each product page for the most accurate fit.

14. How can I contact customer support?

We usually reply within 24 hours on business days.

16. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, Tropix Beach Shop Gift Cards are available in multiple denominations.
They can be redeemed for any online purchase and never expire.

17. Do you restock sold-out items?

Popular styles often sell out fast!
If a product is unavailable, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page — we’ll email you as soon as it’s back in stock.

18. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors.
We never store or share your credit card details.
