All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and payments are processed safely through trusted and encrypted payment gateways to ensure the highest level of security for your personal and financial data.

  • Tropix Beach Gift Cards: If applicable, redeemable for merchandise only

We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash on delivery (COD).

Payment Processing

  • Your payment is charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.

  • Once payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

  • Orders will begin processing within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • If payment authorization fails, the order will not be processed until successful payment is received.

Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices on tropixbeach.shop are shown in USD and are exclusive of sales tax.

  • Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will also be displayed clearly before final payment.

We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors at any time without prior notice.

Payment Security

We take data security seriously.
All transactions on our website are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that your personal and payment information remains safe.
Tropix Beach Shop does not store your full credit card details — payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.

Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we may request additional verification for certain transactions.
This may include:

  • Confirming billing or shipping details

  • Verifying the cardholder’s identity

  • Requiring authorization from the payment provider

If verification is not completed within 3 business days, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Payment Disputes

We’ll work with you and your payment provider to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered the processing stage.

  • Once shipped, all cancellations must go through our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
